POSITION: Creative web marketing coordinator

Faster Solutions is a digital marketing agency looking for a Creative Web Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This position is a remote position with full-time or part-time hours available!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Practice positive customer service experience with clients.
  • Create new and innovative digital campaigns for clients in various industries.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for all marketing mediums.
  • Research and stay abreast of digital marketing trends
  • Be a team player and contribute out-of-the-box ideas
  • Managing various PPC campaigns across all major marketing platforms
  • Achieving a targeted ROI for all Ads spend on a daily basis
  • Develop new and eliminate under-performing PPC ad copy/Keywords
  • Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses, and ROI
  • Ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Optimization ad bid management for PPC
  • Working in coordination with the graphic designer/web developer on the landing page and website development projects to ensure they are marketing optimized.
  • Working in coordination with other marketing team members to produce growth for clients.
  • Conduct competition analysis and recommendations
  • Work directly with the marketing and design team to come up with and implement new marketing strategies
  • Grow search engine sourced traffic and revenue by achieving targeted SEO goals and metrics
  • Run ad campaigns and monitor all major social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Etc) to help build brand awareness, and engage current followers.
  • Create and run promotions to encourage the growth of the online presence
  • Create and manage blog posts.
  • Continuously research new ways to increase traffic to online stores and websites.
  • Work with Sales Teams to generate & execute new lead tactics.

The person filling this position must have a thorough understanding of all digital products offered, and candidates must have experience designing and marketing digital media or technology-based solutions. This role will partner with our creative team in creating value and delivering results, a positive experience for consumers, and an overall brand. The position is also a resource for and consultant to our client base. Two years of digital design and marketing are required.

Position: Front-End Web Developer

Faster Solutions is looking for a creative, energetic, and talented WordPress Developer to join our design and development team. This position will work with other designers and programmers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Faster Solutions Web Developers provide website maintenance and development as well as technical support for our client’s websites, hosting, and emails.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position includes designing, developing and maintaining web sites. We’re looking for an individual with experience in web design and web site development using HTML5, CSS3, & JavaScript. This is a full time position with full benefits! Additional details include:

  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers required.
  • Knowledge of PHP and WordPress Required.
  • Develop custom and theme websites.
  • Maintain custom and theme websites.
  • Assist Project Coordinator & Designer with website strategies and plans.
  • Meet with clients as requested.
  • Assist Project Coordinator & Designer with website quality and control throughout the development process.

  • Assist customers with technical support questions.
  • Experience with website maintenance using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required.

Job Location:

Position: Sales & Business Development Specialist

We’re seeking a highly motivated, passionate individual, looking to grow in the field of online marketing & development. You will join our Sales Department as a Sales & Business Development Specialist focused on B2B sales. This is a base salary plus commission position and growth within and to other company departments is also possible.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead sales development & relationship building/consultative selling process.
  • Sell established packaged service lines to regional and national markets.
  • Use CRM & Proposal Application to track and close sales.
  • Establish contacts within assigned sales territory & execute sales to reach company quotas.
  • Work with marketing assistant to optimize online presence and increase lead generation for our brands.
  • Spend the majority of your time (75% plus) on the street making face to face sales calls.
  • Develop and implement strategic digital sales plans with the marketing manager to accommodate corporate, market and product goals.
