Position: Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager at Faster Solutions will be a highly motivated, self-starting spirit who has a passion for working with people and helping them achieve their marketing & business goals.

The Customer Success Manager acts as a liaison between Faster Solutions’ clients and our Web Marketing Coordinators and Production Teams. Their main goal is to provide an amazing customer service experience for our clients while monitoring and supporting our Marketing and Production Teams in servicing our client’s website marketing and maintenance needs.

The ideal candidate will be a fun, positive-energy individual with a proven track record in customer service and marketing or communication field. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest digital and marketing trends and techniques in the web development field- to ensure clients are provided with the latest in website & marketing customer care.

Creativity, organization, communication, and listening are critical to success in this position, along with a very positive attitude.

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

 

Daily Tasks:
  • Maintain direct, day-to-day client contact.
  • Work with Web Marketing Coordinators & Production Staff to ensure proper FS service is being provided to clients.
  • Work with Production to get client maintenance & marketing requests completed on-time and in budget using CRM.
  • Proactively provide monthly client marketing reports, campaigns, current activity overview & future development of accounts & updates.
  • Ensure technical and product representations follow FS Development Standards & Security Policies.
  • Assist your marketing team with marketing startegies and ideas.
  • Keep apprised of all relevant client, industry and marketing developments.
  • Quality Control – Check and approve all marketing and maintenance work and coordinate client approval of the same.
  • Assist with miscellaneous Faster Solutions marketing & office tasks.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • A 4-year degree in marketing, internet marketing, e-commerce or related field
  • 2-years’ experience in a customer service or marketing-related position
  • Excels at communicating with clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • An exceptional aptitude for technology, and learning new tech applications quickly
  • A passion for technology & marketing
  • Attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and flexibility

Position: Sales & Business Development Specialist

We’re seeking a highly motivated, passionate individual, looking to grow in the field of online marketing & development. You will join our Sales Department as a Sales & Business Development Specialist focused on B2B sales. This is a base salary plus commission position and growth within and to other company departments is also possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead sales development & relationship building/consultative selling process.
  • Sell established packaged service lines to regional and national markets.
  • Use CRM & Proposal Application to track and close sales.
  • Establish contacts within assigned sales territory & execute sales to reach company quotas.
  • Work with marketing assistant to optimize online presence and increase lead generation for our brands.
  • Spend the majority of your time (75% plus) on the street making face to face sales calls.
  • Develop and implement strategic digital sales plans with the marketing manager to accommodate corporate, market and product goals.
  • Lead digital sales forecasting with the Director of Sales & Marketing Manager and sets performance budgets and goals accordingly.
  • Prepare and monitor digital sales reports showing booked and projected revenues.
  • Follow through with established accountability standards developed by corporate, the DOS and MM.
  • Responsible for maximizing client revenue opportunities with on-going account list management.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Research & contribute to web development industry monthly & provide trending details to sales department.
  • Attend expos, tradeshows, etc.
  • Execute public speaking engagements on a quarterly basis.

 

Qualifications

The person filling this position must have a thorough understanding of all digital products offered, and candidates must have experience selling digital media or technology based solutions. This role will lead the local sales team in creating value and delivering results, a positive experience for consumers and overall brand. The position is also a resource for and consultant to our client base. Three years of digital and overall sales experience necessary.

Recommended Skills
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • 3+ years of web development & online marketing experience.
  • Experience working directly with clients, presentations and negotiation and pricing/quoting processes.
  • Comfortable talking on the phone and in a tradeshow environment.
