Our Process

Step 1 – Analysis:

 

  • Complete our (Request Form Link) to get in touch with our website specialist today.
  • Your Faster Solutions Sales Team will provide a DEMO of our services
  • We will send a Questionnaire based on the services you are interested in.
  • Send us login information to your existing website and marketing tools. We’ll provide an enhanced website analysis and recommendation report.

 

Step 2 – Discovery:

 

  • Schedule a call with our website specialists to review your free website analysis and to discuss your expectations and our solutions.
  • Faster Solutions will send you an interactive scope of work and proposal after the discovery call.
  • Sales will review any questions or concerns with you.
  • Approve our proposal through the easy to use online contract.

 

Step 3 – Planning:

 

  • Schedule a kick-off call with your Project Coordinator and Faster Solutions Team (1-2 Hours).
  • Review project proposal and project and/or marketing questionnaire
  • Discuss roles and communications
  • Discuss details on Project Development Process
  • Discuss details you will be providing for the development or marketing plan.
  • Demo your client portal tool for easy communication and information sharing.

 

Step 4 – Development:

 

  • Develop Site Map and provide edits/approval (1 week turn around)
  • Develop Design and provide edit/approval ( 1 week turn around)
  • Develop Website and provide edits/approval ( 1 week turn around)
  • Develop Marketing Plan and provide edits/approval
  • Demo your new website & conduct CMS training

 

Step 5 – FS Customer Care:

 

  • Your FS Team will launch your website and begin monthly services.
  • If Marketing Services are selected you will receive monthly reports & recommendations.
  • You will have access to viewing and submitting requests via your easy to use client portal.
  • You will be invoiced via email monthly
  • We are available any time to answer your questions. We’d love to help!
