This Terms of Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Faster Solutions Inc..com, a Minnesota Corporation (“Faster Solutions Inc.”) and you, and is made effective as of the date of your use of this website (“Site”) or the date of electronic purchase. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site and the products and services purchased or accessed throughout this Site (individually and collectively, the “Services”). Services Agreements and additional policies apply to certain Services and are in addition to (not in lieu of) this Agreement.
The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to Faster Solutions Inc.. The terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “customer” shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement, has access to your account or uses the Services. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
Agreement Modifications
Faster Solutions Inc. may change or modify this Agreement, and any policies or agreements which are incorporated herein, at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Your use of this Site or the Services after such changes or modifications have been made shall constitute your acceptance of this Agreement.
Faster Solutions Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility erroneous or falsified use of our services under your account. Faster Solutions Inc. may terminate Your use of Services for any violation or breach of any of the terms of this Agreement by You. Faster Solutions Inc. can modify this agreement at any time without notice.
You agree that your Payment Method may be charged by Faster Solutions, Inc. and subject to the provisions of our Privacy Policy. Services are currently offered only within the United States.
TERMS
- You agree to pay all amounts due for Services at the time you order them.
- Faster Solutions Inc. reserves the right to change its prices and fees at any time, and such changes shall be posted online at this Site and effective immediately without need for further notice to you.
- You may pay for Services by using any of the following “Payment Methods”: (i) valid credit card or via electronic payment from your personal or business checking account. Processing of your payments may change for any reason.
- You agree that where refunds are issued to your Payment Method, Faster Solutions Inc.’s issuance of a refund receipt is only confirmation that Faster Solutions Inc. has submitted your refund to the Payment Method and you further acknowledge and agree that the payment provider and/or individual issuing bank associated with your Payment Method reulates this process.
- Monthly billing will be based on the date of the month you purchased the Services, and your billing date will be the 1st of each month.
- Faster Solutions Inc. does not retain hard copies or electronic versions of any signed consents relating to your usage of any of our services or processes and therefore we cannot provide you a copy.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. We apologize if you are not, and we will make sure that we make it up to you via our easy options:

Complete a letter of request and include date of purchase, service selected, amount and your receipt. . We will refund your amount to your credit card or your bank account based on how payment was made.

Refund requests need to be made within the following timelines:
- Annual Plans- Within 10 days of the date of the transaction.
- Monthly Plans- Within 5 days of the date of the transaction.
