Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Practice positive customer service experience with clients.
  • Create new and innovative digital campaigns for clients in various industries.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for all marketing mediums.

  • Managing various PPC campaigns across all major marketing platforms

  • Ensure optimal campaign performance

  • Working in coordination with the graphic designer/web developer on the landing page and website development projects to ensure they are marketing optimized.
  • Working in coordination with other marketing team members to produce growth for clients.
  • Conduct competition analysis and recommendations
  • Work directly with the marketing and design team to come up with and implement new marketing strategies
  • Grow search engine sourced traffic and revenue by achieving targeted SEO goals and metrics
  • Run ad campaigns and monitor all major social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Etc) to help build brand awareness, and engage current followers.
  • Create and run promotions to encourage the growth of the online presence
  • Create and manage blog posts.
  • Continuously research new ways to increase traffic to online stores and websites.

Marketing Account Manager

POSITION: MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Marketing Account Manager at Faster Solutions will be a highly motivated, self-starting spirit who has a passion for working with people, and helping them achieve their marketing & business goals. This position is a full-time remote position and applicants need to be located in MN or WI. This position is available immediately and needs to be filled by the beginning of August 2022.

The Marketing Account Manager acts as a liaison between Faster Solutions’ clients and our Web Marketing Coordinators and Production Teams. Their main goal is to provide an amazing customer service experience for our clients while monitoring and supporting our Marketing and Production Teams in servicing our client’s marketing goals.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • Maintain direct, day-to-day client contact.
  • Scheduling the Web Marketing Coordinators & Production Staff to ensure Faster Solutions’ standards in service are being provided to clients.
  • Scheduling the Production to get client maintenance & marketing requests completed on-time and in budget using CRM.
  • Meet and conduct Google Meet and Zoom calls regularly with clients.
  • Research and develop marketing strategies & plans for clients.
  • Proactively provide monthly client marketing reports, campaigns, current activity overview & future development of accounts & updates.
  • Ensure technical and product representations follow Faster Development Standards & Security Policies.
  • Bring the “Wow” into marketing ideas and implementation.
  • Keep apprised of all relevant client, industry and marketing trends and developments.
  • Quality Control – Check and approve all marketing and maintenance work and coordinate client approval of the same.

POSITION: WORDPRESS WEB DEVELOPER

Faster Solutions is looking for a creative, energetic, and talented Front-end WordPress Web Developer to join our design and development team. This position will work with other designers and programmers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Faster Solutions Web Developers provide website maintenance and development as well as technical support for our client’s websites, hosting, and emails.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Position includes designing, developing and maintaining web sites. We’re looking for an individual with experience in web design and web site development using HTML5, CSS3, & JavaScript. This is a full time position with full benefits! Additional details include:
