POSITION: CREATIVE PROJECT COORDINATOR

You have an opportunity to join our creative team as a part-time Creative Project Coordinator.

 

Position Summary

The Creative Project Coordinator oversees the project & service schedule for our creative team of Designers and Developers. This role consists of 70% of your time in project-related communication & 30% in service ticket communication.

The Creative Project Coordinator is perfect for an individual who wants to be integral in growing business.

A successful candidate will be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, autonomous, highly organized, positive, meticulous with details, and personally invested in the success of our clients, your growth, and the company.

  • Communicative: You will be our main point of contact and the liaison between our team and clients. Your ability to stay organized, prioritize and multitask will prove invaluable as we continue to grow

  • Adaptable: We all wear many hats; you’re excited by the idea that your responsibilities may change from day to day and evolve over time
  • Customer Service: You pride yourself on providing stellar care and support to our team, customers, vendors, and business partners
  • Teamwork: Ability to deal effectively with a variety of people and work in a team environment.
  • Schedule: Experienced in scheduling via Google Calendars and CRMs and a proactive thinker for smooth operations and relaxed team structure.

 

Essential Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Project Coordination

  • Check task queue throughout the day and assign and tasks to team members
  • Update production calendar with new tasks
  • Follow up with clients on progress updates and completed tasks
  • Manage project completion within allocated time budgets

Service Coordination

  • Check ticket queue throughout the day and assign client tickets to respective team members
  • Update production calendar with new tickets
  • Follow up with clients on progress updates and completed tickets
  • Complete your ticket & task queue

Desired Qualifications

  • WordPress Development Experience
  • Adobe Photoshop Experience
  • CRM Experience
  • Client Meeting Experience
  • Digital Marketing Experience
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive)

 

Job Location

Remote. We have PPE available to team members that meet in our office and otherwise are working remotely as a team with some onsite meetings required occasionally.

Job Type

Part-Time Position 2 Shift Options: Hours between 8:00-12:00 pm or 12:30 – 4:30 CDT, Monday-Friday

Approx. Total Part-Time Employment Package:

  • Wage: $18/hr
  • 60 Day Probationary Period
  • Start Date: October 3, 2022
  • Location: Remote
