Kit Masters builds and sells fan clutches for cooling fans on most engines, from heavy duty trucks all the way up to semis and heavy equipment. Faster Solutions worked with Kit Masters to update their site with a fresh new design, display their products in a more consistent style, and provide more information for their customers. Kit Masters wanted to expand their site into the ecommerce realm, and wanted the ability to set up a distributor program, so they could assist dealers in selling Kit Master branded products. Faster Solutions developed Kit Masters’ estore with many custom features tailored to their strict requirements, including the ability for customers to buy products directly from a local dealer of their choice through the store, the ability for both the distributors and Kit Masters to manage orders in their various stages of completion, and handling for exchange rates so that Canadian customers can purchase products in Canadian currency.
Kit Masters also wanted to create a learning center to educate customers how to use their products. Faster Solutions worked with Kit Masters to launch Kit Masters University, a multilingual site dedicated to teaching students and customers through videos and quizzes.
