Use of Enhanced Business SMS

The utilization of Enhanced Business SMS services within Faster Solutions must align with Our Telecommunications Carrier Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Our Telecommunications Carrier  Enhanced Business SMS Guidelines

  • Limit the sending of messages to no more than 50 per originating number per minute.
  • Obtain written consent from recipients before sending marketing, promotional, or informational messages.
  • Avoid the use of purchased lists or third-party generated lead lists.
  • Provide clear opt-out instructions on all informational, marketing, or promotional messages.
  • Refrain from using link shorteners and non-branded domains for embedded links.
  • Complete the required TCR registration before sending SMS messages.

Automated Messaging

Automated SMS messaging on Our Telecommunications Carrier ‘s platform is permissible through provided tools, third-party integrations, and Our Telecommunications Carrier  SMS APIs. Automated messaging should only occur from numbers linked to a TCR campaign designed for automated messaging. Prior to sending any automated messages, explicit and logged consent from recipients is mandatory, adhering to CTIA guidelines. Promotional messages, even if automated, require express, written, and logged consent. Each automated message must include opt-out language, and all opt-out requests must be honored.

Opt-in/User Consent

Before sending an SMS message to any number, explicit consent must be obtained. Implied consent is insufficient, and purchasing lists of “users who have opted in to SMS” is not acceptable. Users must actively request to receive SMS messages. Consent must be obtained for each campaign or message type. Marketing or promotional messages necessitate express, prior, written consent. Consent should be obtained through clear methods such as web forms or SMS, with double opt-in recommended.

Opt-out

A clear opt-out mechanism must be provided to users via text, adhering to CTIA guidelines. Opt-out instructions must be included in all informational or promotional messages. Opt-out management is necessary for long-code and toll-free SMS outside of the High Volume SMS solution.

Prohibited Campaigns

Certain campaigns are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to loan advertisements, credit repair offers, debt collection attempts, work from home advertisements, political advertisements, and promotions related to alcohol, tobacco, firearms, pharmaceuticals, or controlled substances.

Prohibited Content

Messages containing illegal activity, pornographic content, violence, hate speech, or deceptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Obfuscated links, misspelling, or uncommon capitalization to evade policy are also not allowed.

Carrier Fees and Account Restrictions

Accounts in violation of Our Telecommunications Carrier  or carrier rules may face reduced deliverability, additional registration requirements, suspension, or termination. It’s the responsibility of users to comply with all policies related to SMS messaging.

This policy is subject to updates and amendments at the discretion of Our Telecommunications Carrier and Faster Solutions.

 

Autopayment Policy

We are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient way to manage your payments through our autopayment system. Below, you will find detailed information about our policy, including setup, payment methods, security measures, and more.

Autopayment Enrollment

To enroll in autopayments, simply complete the enrollment form available on our website. You can choose to set up autopayments using either ACH (Automated Clearing House) or credit card options. Once enrolled, your payments will be automatically deducted on the due date specified in your billing cycle.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer two convenient autopayment options:

  • ACH Payments: This method directly debits your bank account, ensuring a quick and straightforward payment process.
  • Credit Card Payments: This method charges your credit card automatically, allowing you to manage your payments while potentially earning rewards.

Payment Schedule

Your payments will be processed automatically on the 1st of each month. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be processed on the business day before or after the weekend.

Payment Processing

Processing fees will be applied at the time of the payment and are as follows:

  • Credit card payments are subject to a 3.2% per transaction fee
  • ACH payments are subject to a $3 per transaction fee

Payment Confirmation

After each successful autopayment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the transaction. This ensures you stay informed about your account activity.

Managing Your Autopayments

You can update or cancel your autopayment preferences at any time through your online account portal or by emailing billing@fastersolutions.com. Changes must be made at least five business days before the scheduled payment date to take effect for the current billing cycle.

Security Measures

We prioritize the security of your personal and financial information. Our autopayment system uses advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your data. We do not store your payment information on our servers, ensuring your information remains secure.

Insufficient Funds or Declined Transactions

If an autopayment fails due to insufficient funds or a declined credit card, you will be notified via email and assessed a $10 return check fee. It is your responsibility to ensure that funds are available or to update your payment information promptly to avoid late fees or service interruptions.
