- Items checked and signed by the client and provided to Faster Solutions, Inc. will be rendered within a year from the date signed at an agreed upon timeline.
- This web site is owned and operated by you the client and therefore all liabilities are your responsibility and Faster Solutions, Inc. shall not be held liable for issues, errors or associations related to your web site and or third-party vendors or services associated with your web site uses.
- Every effort has been made to ensure that the information and programming held on this website is up-to-date and compliant within the current contracted year; including use and programing standards and security. You should not assume the code or contents therein will stay current and accurate past the year the site was developed unless you request or elect a service package to maintain these updates. No liability is accepted by Faster Solutions, Inc. for any inaccuracies relating to the use, security, accessibility or code of your web site at any time once the site is live or activated on the Internet.

Please obtain written approval of all images and content that you do not own, prior to providing to Faster Solutions, Inc.
- Prices quoted on this proposal are indicative prices only and subject to change according to the needs and scope adjustments of the project.
- Faster Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw proposals and services from any prospective project without prejudice and without giving specific reasons or justifications.
- Faster Solutions, Inc. will provide a project timeline at the start of the development. If materials that are provided by you the client aren’t provided by the agreed upon date, your project timeline is subject to change based on our current production calendar availability and a new timeline will be assigned to your project.
- Faster Solutions, Inc. implements all standard Internet & email security precautions but due to the complexity of the current state of the Internet and the different user devices, operating systems, and mobile requirements accessing your web site, we cannot accept any liability for the functionality of your site beyond the current year supported by the original technology manufacturer.
- Faster Solutions, Inc. does not take responsibility for any third party associations, services, or software used in conjunction with your web site or services and therefore may assess additional fees to troubleshoot, monitor or maintain the parts of your web site associated with these third parties.
Hosting and Email Support Terms and Conditions:
Hosting fees are contracted on an annual basis and renew automatically on the anniversary date that the hosting service was activated.
- Server Back-ups scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly
- 99.9% uptime guarantee allowing for up to 1 hour of downtime for maintenance per month (Downtime is most commonly less than 10 minutes and occurs less than once every 6 months)
- Downtime can occur on routine scheduled maintenance that requires server reboot
- Limited technical support is available 24/7 via on-call staff.
- It is the client’s responsibility to remove and maintain their site storage within limits provided to avoid overage charges.
- Email support includes troubleshooting to ensure email is sending and receiving successfully via webmail. If email support for 3rd party email programs or applications is required, additional charges will apply.
- WordPress updates, or 3rd party plugin support is not included in the web hosting service. Content management service will be charged for additional support.
